One email will be for your account here on the website and the other is your VOIP account details (keep these handy). Whenever your account is confirmed login with your username and the generated password included in the website email. You may change the password after you have logged in. With a new account we provide £5 free credit for you to use however you wish. When you are logged into the website click on VOIP Account on the lefthand side. You can access your VOIP Account on this page. You may update the details for it or click Top Up to purchase more credit.

Soft Phone Software Related

To access the VOIP service you must get a piece of software called a Soft Phone. We recommend and provide a download for Xlite: Here A list of suitable alternative SIP compatible Soft Phones: Here After you have downloaded and installed a Soft Phone client find where it stores the accounts and add the details provided in the VOIP email. If you have chosen to run Xlite then upon it's first run you will be asked if you wish to opt in to xlites monitoring.

Afterwards a window showing SIP Accounts will appear.

Click Add and enter the following User details from the VOIP email. - Choose your own display name - Username - Password - Same Username as above - Domain In the Domain Proxy section tick 'Register with domain and recieve incoming calls' and keep target domain selected. Click OK & Close

You may also be informed about a newer version of Xlite. Click No. Now you ready to make some calls. Enter Phone Number (eg. 500) & Press the green button to dial.
